I offer private sessions within your home or at my personal home studio. Small group sessions can also be arranged. Private lessons are ideal for those who are new to yoga, moms-to-be and yogis who would like to enhance their current practice. I tailor each session based on your needs, desires and physical ability. My goal is to help guide you through your journey of self-transformation and provide you with the tools to discover more through the practice of yoga.

Individual Session

Ideal for beginner yogis who may feel overwhelmed in a typical class setting, students with injury or health concerns, yogis with busy schedules and students who have specific goals they would like to address. Whatever your reason may be, I’ll work with you develop an individualized practice tailored to your needs.

In your one-on-one session you will receive detailed alignment instruction and hands on assists (with student consent). Expect to learn new poses, modification for injury or sensitive areas and how to deepen your existing practice safely.

Prenatal Session

Prenatal yoga is one of four exercises approved by the American College of Gynecology for pregnant women. Prenatal yoga has also been linked to improving sleep and decreasing anxiety, lower back pain, nausea and headaches.

Each session begins with a client check-in to discuss any changes in the pregnancy, current symptoms (i.e. swelling, back pain) and personal needs or requests. Mom’s physical comfort and the safety of baby are primary. The check-in is followed by breath work, a gentle flow of standing postures, seated stretching, relaxation and meditation.

Group Sessions

Small Group (2-6 ppl)

Perfect for families or friends who would like to practice together. Can be hosted in your home or in my private studio with custom flow and music.

Pricing varies based on location and group size.
